Maria Haan, CFE, CLC, has developed an extensive career in an assortment of business and franchising roles enabling her to build a strong well rounded and practice based understanding of franchising.  She is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of business experience focused on building Franchise Advisory Councils, Franchise Associations, operational teams, and developing comprehensive strategies for growth.

 

Today, Maria uses her expertise as a Strategic business advisor building business value through developing tactical plans and focused execution.   She is committed to focusing on operational strategies that guide franchisees to launch, implement growth efficiencies, and attain profitability. She does this by developing comprehensive strategies, individualized coaching programs, and detailed onboarding programs for new franchisees, including first year launch and second year growth.  Additionally, Maria continues her work with franchisors in developing and facilitating Franchise Advisory Councils aimed at fostering strengthened and resilient franchise relations.

 

Maria holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association and is a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC).   She is an active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), IFA – Women Franchise Committee (WFC), Chair of the local Tampa Bay Women's Franchise Network (WFN), and Franchise Business Network (FBN), Tampa Bay Groups.  She authored an article titled “Direct Marketing and Technology Coming Together, Right Now” published in the DMA newsletter.   

 

She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with dual Degrees in Finance and Marketing and holds the Franchise Mini MBA™ from Nova Southeastern University.
